Sync In Social Child Safety Standards

Sync In Social has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, and any sexualized content involving minors. This page describes our standards, reporting channels, and enforcement practices.

1. Age policy and service scope

Sync In Social is for adults only (18+). Individuals under 18 are not allowed to create or use accounts. Accounts believed to belong to underage users may be restricted or removed.

2. Content and behavior we prohibit

• Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format.
• Sexual exploitation, grooming, or sexualization of minors.
• Requests for sexual content involving minors.
• Sharing, promoting, or linking to CSAE content on or off platform.
• Any attempt to use the platform to facilitate CSAE activity.

3. How to report suspected CSAE

Users can report content and accounts using in-app reporting tools. You can also report directly by emailing info@syncinsocial.com with relevant details (username, profile URL, post URL, and description).

4. How we respond

• We review reports and safety signals using automated tools and human review.
• We remove violating content and may disable, suspend, or terminate accounts.
• We may preserve evidence and logs for safety investigations and legal compliance.
• Where required by law, we may refer matters to appropriate authorities.

5. Proactive prevention measures

• Account eligibility controls, including 18+ age requirement.
• Automated and manual moderation workflows for content and account risk signals.
• Rate limits, abuse controls, and enforcement history checks for repeat violators.
